To edit content on your website pages:
- Click on 'Websites' within the main tree, then click on the red triangle next to your chosen website.
- Click on the red triangle next to 'Pages' to show all pages on your website.
- Click on the page that you want to edit, and then click on the checkout icon at the top right corner of the work space.
- Click on 'Details' across the top of the page and you can then edit he following fields:

Navigation Title:
The heading of your web page which is a CMS reference and also appears as the Page Title which shows on the website. This has a maximum of 100 characters including spaces.
Display Title:
The title which will appear on your website page.
Show on Website:
Check the box if you want this webpage to be shown on the website. Keep the box unchecked if you do not want this webpage visible.
Searchable:
Check the box to make this webpage searchable by website users. Keep the box unchecked if you do not want this webpage to be found via the website’s text search.
Show in Navigation:
Check the box to allow this page to be shown in the navigation bar. When this box is unchecked, the webpage will not appear in the navigation.
Members Only:
Check this box to only allow members of the website to see this page. If this box is unchecked the page can be viewed by the public.
Master Page:
To change the appearance of different pages, different master pages can be applied. Developers can provide extra Master Pages if required. Click in this field and a drop down menu of Master Pages that are available will be visible.
Template:
To change the layout and function of different pages on your site, various templates can be used. Developers can provide extra Templates if required. Click in this field and a drop down menu of Templates that are available will be visible.
Publish Start Date:
This is automatically set to the date the page is created. This is the date that the webpage is made live, and can be a future date. Clicking in the field brings up a calendar. Select a relevant date you would like the webpage to be live.
Publish End Date:
This is the date that the webpage is no longer published. Click in the text field to bring up the calendar. Select a relevant date you would like the webpage to expire. Leaving the field blank means this page will never expire and will always show as long as it is made Active. Please note: the page will expire at 23:59 hours on the date provided.
Archive Action:
Drop down menu provides you with two options, to archive or to delete this page on the Publish End Date specified. If you do not wish to do either, then leave option as None.
