The ‘Option’ feature allows products to have additional features/variations added to them at a cost or for free. Options could include different colours, added features, different materials, etc. This allows you as a business to provide customers with wider product ranges, by easily adding options to your products.
To add options to your product you simply downlad the current stock CSV file, add options and re-upload the CSV file. This will automatically update the products information and will give customers the option to add these variations as they desire.
How to Upload New Options
- Download CSV Template by clicking on the “Download CSV Template” button.
- Update the CSV file without changing column names.
- Select and copy all data in the CSV file
- Click “Paste Data Sheet” button.
- Confirm the uploaded data is correct.
- Click “Process Data” button
